Technology for Me...
Technology for me in school was limited. In elementary school I can remember using the computers only for accelerated reader tests. Each classroom had a computer but the students rarelly were able to use them. When I was in high school I remember using the computers a little more. In spanish class we would get on the computer to listen to spanish pratice CDs. I mainly remember using computers in college. I used my laptop everyday, everything was turned in electronically. I love the fact that computers are used so much today, it make things so much easier. I know that my children and future students will benefit from the growth of technology. It will be so easy for the students to google a topic for a report rather than looking through a library of books! My brother is in college and the school includes a laptop in the tuition price because they feel it is so important for every student to have a computer that can be easily accessed. I know the growth of technology will help the children of the future.
Mollie's Biography

Mollie Beasley's Life
My name is Mollie Beasley, formally known as Mollie Swonger. I was born in Columbus Ohio and moved to Murfreesboro Tennessee in 1996. My parents are divorced and my mom remarried when I was 11. My step dad has 2 children and my mom had 4 of us so together we are 6! We grew up in a loving home with lots of action. Every night, all year long, someone had a ball game, which is why sports has such an impact on my life. I played volleyball all through middle and high school and got a volleyball scholarship in college. I met my husband, Heath Beasley, when we were 16! We have been together for 8 years and married for 2 of those years. We both went to Freed-Hardeman University where I played volleyball and majored in Phyiscal Education and he majored in accounting. Heath and I got married the Christmas before he graduated and we welcomed our baby girl, Lillie Ann, into the world the following summer. I am a full time mom and full time student who will graduate in December 2009. I spend all my free time with my husband and daughter. We are also very close with our families and God, which is the most important thing to us. My goal in life is to raise my children as independent people who work hard and care for others. I want them to grow up knowing that God should be number one and that their mommy and daddy will be there for them always. I enjoy every minute of everyday because today might be my last. I laugh a lot and cry a little. I plan on being a physical education teacher and volleyball coach! I want to teach others to enjoy physical activity as I do and teach them the benefits of doing so! Life is good!
